Cross-play will be temporarily disabled for Xbox players on May 18th

Dear players!

We’re closely monitoring our social networks and see that many of you are looking forward to the next content update. Unfortunately, after experiencing the game’s unavailability on the Microsoft Store, we’re still unable to deliver patches for our Xbox players.

These technical restrictions force us to temporarily disable cross-play for Xbox players to make it possible to update the game for the players on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. It was a tough decision, and we hope for your understanding.

What’s next?

We will continue doing everything we can to make it possible to release game updates for our Xbox audience. As soon as the issues are resolved, all console players will be able to play on the cross-play server again. However, before that, you might experience longer matchmaking time.

Will I miss anything?

The Battle Pass season will start on May 18th on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, and our Xbox players will definitely have less time to complete it. To compensate for this, we are considering distributing a free Kredit pack to our Xbox players so that they can skip some levels and claim the rewards. The amount of Kredits in the pack will be adjusted to compensate for the length of the Battle Pass season's delay. Unfortunately, we cannot give an accurate time estimate at this moment.

The Ranked Matches season will start on May 18th on all platforms. Your progression will not reset after the Xbox players join the cross-play server again.

The game shop: the items, added in the game update on May 18, will be available only to PlayStation and Nintendo Switch players. Everything else will be the same on all consoles.
